Product Code: 4477D
First fix, gas-free framing nailer featuring brushless motor technology to increase tool life, durability and efficiency. 2-speeds optimise the nailer for firing all length of nails, allow a longer run time, quickens readiness to fire, reduces recoil and improves durability when firing short nails. Mechanical operation reduces running costs and offers consistent performance at temperatures between -20°C and 50°C and minimal cleaning or servicing requirements. Features sequential and bump modes for precision or production speed. Versatile 30-34° magazine will accept most clipped head and off-centre round head paper tape or wire weld collated framing nails. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best cordless nail gun Bought after my paslode started getting temperamental, quality piece of kit , no gas needed and much quieter than gas powered guns . Should of bought one of these originally. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dewalt Nail Gun This nailer is fantastic. I have never owned my own framing nailer and used to borrow mates popular brand gas nailers. They were always quick, but not problem free and I found the gas annoying because of its cost and lacking reliability. I will be honest, as a Makita fan I was surprised how loose the batteries sit and how 'plasticity' they feel when you slot them in, as opposed to the Makita, which gives a positive slide and strong grip on the battery. This is only minor and I am probably being picky. The gun is heavier than the alternatives, but feels comfortable, and certainly offers a much cheaper to run solution than the gas. I have run the nailer in and find it comfortably shoots 90mm paper tapes into hardwood and buries them flush. The batteries usually last a day of light use, and they will reach about 3/4 of the day with repeated heavy use, such as framing. Having two means work never stops. The depth adjustment is a brilliant part, without having to mess around with tools. This is a solid, high performance nailer and is great for all sorts of jobs. Well worth the investment, Would recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the Investment Have used this on a few builds now and can't fault it. Easily switch from 90mm framing to 50mm cladding nails with ease. Shoots paslode and firmahold nails consistently. Few jams easily sorted and back to action. 5ah battery life is great and the battery meter is more useful than a blinking green light on some gas models out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from gasless Nailer After using a well known gas nail gun this was strange to get use to the slight delay before it fires. But it work very well no nasty smells from the gas exhaust, battery lasts well & can be used with other 18volt tools & chargers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Drill Not had this long, but is working really well. No gas involved and the battery's last extremely well. You can use battery's with a lot of other Dewalt tools. No problems as yet, can't fault it. Great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mean Machine Bought this at great expense because we have a small holding and there are lots of jobs needing a hammer and nails. My daughter's partner suffers from a degree of arthritis and using a hammer can become painfull. This machine solves all his problems and also makes jobs faster. Being able to hold the parts together with one hand and pin everything together in one shot with the other is fantastic. Even my daughter had no trouble in firing in a 90mm nail whilst stood on a step ladder, whereas using a hammer and nail would have been beyond her skill in the circumstances. Knocking up pieces of quick joinery with this tool is now so easy, I wish these had been available years ago when I had to build some stud partition walls. On a final note I have backed off one star on reliability because we have not given the tool an extensive run yet, but if the lighter duty model which uses 1.6mm gauge fasteners is anything to go by after 2500 nails, hopefully it should be fine.
