Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Hammer But... I bought this for use as an electricians hammer because of the shape of the head and claw however after using it to clip some T & E cable I found that the striking face does not protrude far enough forward when working close to the wall and consequently the butt of the handle (which juts out forward) is striking the wall at the same time as the head which is a shame because it is a very nice looking hammer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal gift Bought this hammer as a gift for my other half his previous hammer had been stolen from a job and knowing how much he loves his work tools/kit I knew he'd appreciate this and he did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable Hammer I got this after snapping my previous hammer when taking a nail out of a wall. The one-piece construction is much stronger than traditional head and fibreglass/wood handle. This hammers claw is flatter and allows access to nails that a traditional claw cant get to. The only downside of this is you loose the cam leverage of curved claw so need a little more force. Overall very happy with this hammer I expect it to last for decades to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it First off, the only thing that I can complain about is the price - it's not a bargain. It's fairly priced. I usually hold out for a bargain but my welded two piece hammer broke apart on me and I needed a replacement immediately, no time to shop around. This thing is solid, comfy to use, well balanced and very sturdy. Being one piece it just feels right. I've been using it to break up an old shed and some fencing that needs replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Abused this hammer and I like Don't bother with welded hammer! this is one piece and feels like if will last it's got a good size face not to big, takes little while to get the feel I have smashed hundreds of 3 inch wires with it and used the claw to pull nails sideways! not a big fan of straight claw but starting to like it, might not need that folding chisel after all it wouldn't be much work to sharpen the claw for general wood butchering. pleased I went for this one would have payed more then the welded (special hammer) looking at it in the shop and decided it was for special people head is to big and looks like it will be lucky to last a week very flimsy! I will be going back to get the 22 framing hammer while still on offer estwing went walking and I think a worthy replacement.
