Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, secure fixing Simple to use, just drill a pilot then screw straight in. I used them for securing fire board to brick around a wood burner where a plastic plug would melt. Don't think I'll ever go back to plug and screws again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use " I like these heavy duty they easy to use screws. I always hated using plugs because they are pretty much useless. Drill a hole and drill these straight in without a plug to create a much more solid fixing. "

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid fixing Good solid fixing. I bought these two cleat an SWA cable to a concrete gravel board. You get a nice solid bite thanks to the Tory head I did have t wind it in and out a few times to get the fixing all the way in but once it was fastened into place. Didn't snap the heads of or slip on the tool so overall really happy
