Easydrive Countersunk Concrete Screws 7.5 x 70mm 100 Pack is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fuss-free frame fixing!! I used these for "through the frame" fixing of upvc windows as I could not use brackets. They are a doddle to use and did not require any packing. Simply get the window level and in the correct place (I used g-clamps) drill straight through both frame and surround into the substrate with a 6mm drill (make sure you drill at least 5mm deeper than the screw length) and screw in using the T30 supplied bit. The fully threaded shank means the frame is not pulled out of square. Please note that the heads do not self countersink into upvc, but this did not matter with the type of frame (veka casement) I was fitting. Check that the heads being a little proud do not foul any part of your window and you'll be fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good piece of kit! I used these only this weekend when I wanted to fix some plasterboard to my hall walls. The walls are covered with artex, which not only is a messy job to remove, also contains asbestos. The plaster behind the artex is loose in large places so re-skimming was not an option. I decided to board over and needed mechanical fixings so decide to use these screws and do away with the usual nylon plugs. Very easy to use, in my case I simply drilled a small pilot hole through the board then removed it and followed with a 6mm masonry bit. Once all of the hikes were drilled I simply replaced the board and drove the fixings home. With the help of the T30 bit supplied they drove home without any slipping or trouble at all and I drove a full box with plenty of charge left on my battery. A very solid fixing and did exactly as claimed, no problem at all and at only about 8.99 for a box of 100, not bad value. I'll never use nylon plugs again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from by by plugs I wanted the blue tapcon type but they didnt have any so i tried these, glad i did they are the dogs. Batteninig on uneven surfaces is made so much easier as the screw holds the batten slightly off the wall if you want it to thus no need for packers. they are also good for pvc doors and windows, not having to pack they hold the frame solid.Use an impact driver for best results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SoftLanding I love these! I needed something to fix new skirting to insulation blocks. Blocks are too friable for normal screws but these work perfectly with a 6mm drill bit to prepare blocks. They hold tight and made a very neat job of my new oak skirting.
