Rated 4 out of 5 by from Work Best With a Pilot Hole The heads really are low profile; I even used these to fix metal studs and tracks together without it affecting the surface of the plasterboard. The driving slots are very well made and won't cam over. They are sharp and will cut a hole in metal if driven fast and straight. However, in most practical situations to avoid dropped screws and frustration, it is best to drill a small pilot hole first. The cutter then goes straight in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grafter I used these to attach small hooks for netting to a pick up chassis, they drill in fine but the next morning half the hooks pulled of by hand snaping the heads of these screws. Total rubbish and i do not recommend them.
