Energer ENB522TCB 450W Tile Cutter 240V is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 107.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small Home Use Set up and use is very easy, but only use for small home jobs. I made about 40 cuts with the first one and it went bang. Replacement has been fine and has finished the job. Not a single complaint for the money though and the ease of replacement was brilliant service from Screwfix.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bargain!! Brought last weekend to cut some tiles for kitchen. Had no problems so far. Water cooler is a gd feature. Cuts through tiles effortlessly. Only moan so far is guide is a bit fiddly ...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It does the job With the motor failing after only half a dozen cuts, I wondered if I should have a replacement or buy something else but it was replaced with no fuss and I persevered. In the end it proved to be of reasonable value for the occasional 'diy'er. Helped me out tiling my kitchen and saved time on nibbling shapes around electrical sockets. It's quicker to use a manual tile cutter for simple straight cuts but good for trimming off thin edge strips which a manual cutter would have difficulty with. I bought it especially for mitring the edges of brick veneer tiles for window reveals which it did well at, although I had to fabricate my own tee square to keep the long side of the tile at 90 degrees to the disc. Also had to insert a wooden support for under the lift up platform when mitring, as the plastic was flimsy and bent with a little pressure in the centre. I don't regard it as a long term investment but at the end of the day it does the job and you could probably justify buying a new one at this price for each new project if you had to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy something more expensive Lasted three cuts before it died on me. It was a replacement for another one which had died after two weeks. Bought the TITAN one and 9000kg tiles cut later, still going strong

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that well designed Bought to replace my trusty old one that has cut several hundred meters of tiles but the motor died 3 tiles off finishing the job! Looks almost identical, but:- the bolt on the saw guard wasn't threaded far enough to tighten it - I added a washer and it now works fine. Then I attached the guide and found it difficult to adjust, when I looked closer the bolts that lock the guide in place foul on the raised edge of the width guides top and bottom. I swapped for the guide off the old machine and it works fine now. Lets see if it lasts as long as the other one!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke after 2nd use Cut about 20 tiles and on second use the motor slowed and packed up so I'll be returning as faulty. Did a great job at first but reliability poor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Value for Money It's cheap, cheerful, and a bit flimsy, but it works! I cut seven 60x60cm large floor tiles into the ten pieces needed for my project in just over an hour (that included angled cuts and odd shapes). It's probably better for smaller tiles as the working area is very small. The supplied blade worked fine, but I don't know how long it would last. The water cooling works well with no dust and very little splashing with the guard in place. For an amateur on a small project or infrequent use, it's great value for money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap and cheerful tile cutter This was the only cutter that specifically stated it would do plunge cutting. This basically means you can take off the guard/water deflector and lower a tile onto the blade - something to be done with great care! However, it did the job. The tiles were tough and I could not easily have cut them without a diamond disc. Angle feature also useful. It's dead basic and the fence is difficult to adjust. Don't consider it if you're a tradesman, but for a specific job like my kitchen, it was worth every penny.
