Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did the job.....just Bought this drill bit to drill just 6 holes in some kitchen tiles. It should have been over £10 but I only paid £3.99 for it. Would have been very disappointed if I'd paid the online price. After the 5th hole, there was not much left of the bit and after the 6th hole, there was no tip left at all, only the stem!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not up to the job bought the bit to drill 4 holes through 10mm tiles. Applied water to keep the heat down and used at a slow speed [about 500 rpm]. On the plus side the hole started with no slipping. But then it took 15 min to drill through the first tile! Halfway through the second hole the bit broke. Switched to my normal masonry bit and completed the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from like a knife through butter these are great tile bits. after another from a hardware store broke thought Id by a hand full of these and one has outlasted the previous purchase go through the tiles with ease and don't even walk despite the fact the tiles are rippled well worth a go

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what you ask Bought tile bit to drill into glass (sparkle) effect tiles. Very good at starting off and cutting the hole. Does take some time. Advice: Keep water at hand to spray on to bit, as it get very hot. Drill on low speed and low torque (dont use hammer action) I used the bit to drill in few mm and then used masonry bit to drill rest of tile and into wall. Good overall, drilled 4 holes, so performance still okay. Just remember to cool bit down every so often.
