Fischer Nylon Hammerfix 6 x 60mm 50 Pack is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Used to secure some loose fitting skirting board. Tip - after you have drilled the hole make a deep countersink if you want to use filler to conceal the fitting afterwards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Time Saver Used these for attaching batten to front of the house to take uPVC cladding. Fixes rock solid every time, just need a decent 6mm drill bit and hammer could not be simpler or quicker. Pack of 50 half the price of 20 at a local DIY store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fischer hammer fixings As a few other reviews have alluded to, these Fischer fixings live up to the brand quality you expect, well worth the few extra pennies for a fixing which performs much better than the super cheap options. Holds well immediately in the hole and can be removed / re-used without disintegrating like cheaper fixings. I used a 7mm bit on the 6mm fixing and got rock solid fixing of battens to a masonry background. Spend the little extra on these for much better quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic FISCHER fixings... I have tried them all.....and opting for the cheap versions really is a false-economy - they simply don't grip the substrate as well as the more expensive versions. Fischer have always made good products- the polymer plug is soft enough to mold and the metal of the pin tough enough not to bend on impact of the hammer. Very good for this particular job; fixing tile-backer board to masonry wall. AJK

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good quality no problems using these, cheaper versions tend to bend when hammering in, these dont

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Big fixers! Was having difficulty getting rawl plugs to grip in a wall with thick plaster, plaster board a gap and then bricks so got these as they super long and easy to install. Only downside was that using an 8mm drill as advised made them feel a little loose and a few didn't grip as well in the hole as expected turning, but with another tap of the hammer seemed to sort it out. So not the grippiest of plugs but the length made them secure enough for the job in hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Very easy to use and hold incredibly well. I used these to fix 20mm armoured cabling cleats to a brick wall. This product saved me a huge amount of time.
