Fischer Nylon Hammerfix 8 x 80mm 50 Pack is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for timber studwork used these to fix cls timber studs to a block wall. Simple to use, just drill straight through timber into wall, insert the nylon hammerfix and hammer home for a solid, secure fixing. One tip is to make sure you use a long enough masonry drill bit and drill slightly deeper than required to allow for dust in the hole.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best you can get I have been using Fischer frame fixings for years and have always found them to be a good strong way fixing window and door frames as well as timber grounds to masonry walls etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent performance Not having used this type of fixing before, I was amazed at the effectiveness and simplicity of use. I used these to secure a new door lining and they made for a fast and exceedingly firm fixing. For first time users I recommend countersinking the hole before hammering in the fixing so that the bevelled head can be inset or made flush. Great value too, which is a bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hold it down Used these to hold down location rails for my kit house. When fixing down you could feel them taking a good hold. When we came to removing the screws for door openings it was no problemo. If the wolf can huff and puff and blow this house down then i'll have 3 little pigs to make bacon rolls with. Yum!
