Flashband Bostik Flashband Flashband Grey 10 x 150mm is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked really well! I used this to seal about 2 metres of my workshop roof. The plastic roof sheet had failed at the edge and water had begun to run down the inside of the wall. I bridged the gap from the roof in to the gutter and it has worked really well. No water coming in at all since! It was so easy to use and shape around some awkward angles. Roll the band out, peel the backing off and you're good to go. I used a cheap heat gun to melt the band which worked really well - no need for any primer. The best tip I have is to use a mini paint roller (without the sleeve) to press the band down and get a nice even contact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best product by far Used most makes and the original is the best it sticks well and is extremely durable. More expensive but if you want it to last it's worth the extra

Rated 5 out of 5 by from flash band this item was great to join one type of garage roofing to another, people are saying it dont stick but mine was to sticky at the time i use it, if you use this on a cold day it will stick but not well so all you have to do is use a hot-air-gun-/paint stipper or a hair dryer warm it up and give it a good rub, iv never used the primer to stick mine down only bad part is the backing came off in bits at places but most came off in 1, and need for waring rubber gloves as it takes ages to get it off you fingers great product will use again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Flashband Bought this to create a seal between my garage header wall and the asbestos roof. It does not appear too sticky at first but it did stick to itself on an overlap and seems to be OK on the asbestos, just rub it well down. Easy to fit and I hope it will be effective too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Evo Stik Flashband tape had a leak on my garage flat roof and this product cured this was really easy to apply and Screwfix is within half amile of my home and the price was better than most of the DiY outlets

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't stick I used this according to the instructions to fix a felt roof. I carefully primed my felt roof first, and then applying the tape. It didn't stick well to the surface of the roof - the edges came away and it doesn't look like it will survive the winter.
