Flomasta Wired Thermostat is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Poor installation information Product fine so far Only thanks to the reviews could I wire it The diagram is very confusing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pull off the knob to open! OK - it's quite a nice little thermostat, but as others have said, the leaflet is poor. First - to get it open you pull the knob off and undo the screw behind it. While the knob is off turn it over and you'll see the red/blue ratchets that allow you to set a max/min range. Second- the wiring diagram isn't that bad - perhaps they've changed it. What might be causing confusion is the tiny resistor marked RF on the diagram. This is across the load and serves to warm the thermostat slightly to make it more responsive and reduce hysteresis. Many thermostats contain one - few show it on the diagram Apart from that it's got a live and neutral feed, and a switched live return. Being a small case, it may not cover the scars of any previous stat - might need a blank plate of some sort to neaten things a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good inexpensive Thermostat Bought this to replace old thermostat that was playing up easy fix and worked perfectly, great value at a very low price. would recommend as a basic unit to replace older thermostats.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, basic thermostat If you don't need all the palaver of a programmable 'stat, this is about as basic and straightforward as it gets. As others have commented, the "instruction sheet" that comes with it is rather pointless (apart from telling you how to get the front off - pull the dial off and usnscrew the screw underneath). The wiring information is on the box: N-neutral, 1-live, 2-load. It works fine, (but then it could hardly fail to, being a simple bimetal strip). If simple is what you want, here it is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flomaster Thermostat A neat enough thermostat at a reasonable price, its just such a pity it didn't work. Don't buy!
