Flush Door Bolt Polished Chrome 150mm is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 173329.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality. Bought two of these flush bolts. Got five steps outside the shop and noticed the state of them. Scuff marks on the lever and the face on both of them. Discolouration to the point of black markings on one and a brass colour showing through around the visible moving parts and joints. I put this down to bad luck. Later on I ended up in a different branch so I ordered the same product again. Long story short I didn't even leave the counter. These two had scuff marks in the the same places and visible discolouration ( the discolouration was not as bad as the first two to be honest, but scuffs in the same places!!!?? ). I put this down to a poor quality product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Under engineered The two screw holes in the short side of the catch are situated to close to the bolt, If you are skillfull enough to rout out the job and leave enough meat for the screws to fix into you may well find that on screwing in the screw fully it can split out the rebate and jam against the bolt when operating the lever to open or close it, Causing the operation of the bolt lever to be far to stiff. If you remove more meat from the rebate to stop this I have found the screws drop out on the lower bolts and scratch the floor. The plate needs to be 10mm longer and the screw holes placed further away in this longer plate in order to fix this. Especially as it is now deemed ok to sell punters a door claiming it to be solid oak when in fact it is made up of various glulamed timbers which often disintigrate upon finding your pilot hole for your screw close to a glued join. Add to this the fact the screws that come with the product are to soft and round off the posidrive head or just split in the job, And your in for an annoying waste of time gouging out broken screws and supergluing and bodging the job to get everything to function and appear ok. Seems to be the latest trend. Tight penny pinching on engineering and fixings. I find it necessary to carry a complete range of decent fixings to replace the tosh sold with most fittings these days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from adds class to interior doors Look very classy when fitted & work well. Fiddly to fit - routed a number of slots, & then some deft chiseling, but wort hit!
