BWT High Capacity Water Filter Kit is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 51.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value Good value filter, quick to install, the only issue i found was dripping from inlet, to solve this i used a John Guest 3/4 BSP - 3/8" Push Fit Tap Connector hand tight fixed the problem. Put on both inlet and outlet

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Removes a lot of gunk! Have used this in several properties now and does remove a lot of impurities and is normally reddish/brown on the unfiltered side and white on the filtered side. Seems less limescale and nicer tasting water (no need for britta filters anymore) Some small improvements could be: - plastic on the filter to be printed with a "please remove this plastic" a plumber we used left it on despite the instructions saying needs to be removed (we suddenly have better pressure since changing it) as it is easy to miss! - printed on the filter case/clear marks which way to unscrew and which way to tighten - I have printed a label and stuck it on so I don't have to work it out each time. Other than that works like a dream. If they added suggestions above would be 5/5 no probs. Installed using the flex pipes with valves as per a suggestion in someone else's comments for easy replacement and bypass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the job Instantly made the chlorine disappear and the water taste smooth. Remember to give the new filter a good flush prior to using. Simple fitting bracket means this will attach back under your sink with ease.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from water filter purchased to make up a filter for my steam locos and has done an excellent job

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the price I've installed and used more expensive filters but this one beats them all, especially for the price of the replacement cartridges. I've ordered two more, one for my home and one for my father. Once installed you can see and taste the difference instantly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Water filter Very easy to fit under my sink. Provides filtered water on tap and I've managed to bin the counter to jug and gain some space! Since only filtering one tap I expect to get well over the stated filter life....but not too bothered because replacements are a good price too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice bit of kit....but Read all the reviews on this product before purchasing. Several customers have made recommendations regarding reducing from 3/4" down to 15mm. The comments made by Kiri from Herfordshire....'On the outlet I fitted a 3/4" to 15mm male coupler (part no. 82086) into the head, using PTFE tape'. THIS DOES NOT WORK! You can only get less than 1/2 turn using that fitting into the threads on this filter, nowhere near enough to make any kind of seal. I got around the reduction by using both the supplied nipples, one side of which is tapered, as are both the inlets. (3/4" NPT). The other is a standard 3/4" thread which will screw into a 3/4" compression female to 15mm tap connector, which I could only source from elswhere. 15mm flexi hose to the inlet side, did the outlet the same. As another customer has commented, this should come with fittings to get you down to 15mm. Bit of a fiddle to get it connected up, but what a difference in the water quality!
