Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Alarm This is a very easy product to install and does exactly what it should. It is very easy to install with there being no wires. And very easy to set up. I added further PIR's and controllers and again they are very easy to set up to whatever zone you require. All in a great system at a great price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reasonable bit of kit. Very easy to install. Units seem quite good make. Every part needed to mount the units are supplied. Very neat and tidy when put up.Only down side I would say is the manual. Mounting the units is easy, but the set up and programming in the book, is not that well explained! Loads of silly diagrams and no real worded info.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Purchased this alarm back in December due to a high number of burglaries in the area, bought this over the Yale alarm as it was completely wireless including the key pad. Added bonus was the rfid tags for ease of disarming the system. Got it all set up pretty quickly but had to download the online manual for more information. All was going well even expanded the system for my needs. After a few weeks the alarm would sound even after it alerted us to being disarmed then a fault appeared in a zone that wasn't even being armed!!!! Attempted to call the helpline with no success constantly engaged reset system faults still apparent so I've removed it completely for a different alarm system. I'd avoid this product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks Good - Poor Reliability I'm on the third unit now as each one I've had has developed a fault. 1st unit the keypad stopped responding. 2nd unit the alarm would randomly set day & night and then false alarm. 3rd unit has started false setting again. Honeywell support (via a 3rd party) have been good but have said they are aware of these issues on some units. Based on the 3 I've had, I'd say thats a 100% failure rate. I also purchased additional PIRs and window sensors, so will be taking it all back for a refund. If it worked (which is a major part of having the alarm!) I'd give it 4 stars as the PIRs look the most elegant when compared with Yale. The simplistic design of the control box was another reason I was drawn to the system as I wanted a clean modern looking system. What a shame it just doesn't work. I could have been very unlucky, but there are other reviews with similar recurring faults (that weren't present before I purchased!) Guessing its a design/quality issue. Real shame, will look at the Yale equivalent now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this I bought this thinking honeywell make top quality products generally. However this is honestly the worst product I have ever bought. I dont normally post reviews but felt it was worth it for this product. Needless to say I have stripped it out of my house and returned to screwfix who were very helpfull. What is wrong with this item: 1. You need to download instructions to install any additional detectors 2: the touch sensitive keypad is very unreactive to touch 3: it isnt actually manufactured by honeywell, the uk based help desk is reaponse electronics 4: it frequently thinks a door or window is left open and wont let you set the alarm 5: it goes off randomly in the night 6: it goes off and wont let you enter a code if you shut the front door behind you 7: battery powered siren means you will be up a ladder again in a year or two replacing the batteries 8: ascending tone when setting the alarm at night time - not great having got the kids to sleep 9: number based input programming with no visual feedback of which devices have been allocated to which zone 10: response electronics support telephone line only open during business hours. Not much use if support needed at the weekends. I returned one panel to response electronics as I had the problems above. They sent out a new panel and it did exactly the same. Out street had a number of break ins and I was unable to set our alarm so I decided to strip it out, make good all the holes and return to screwfix. We now have a proper security alarm fitted.
