Rated 5 out of 5 by from Irwin Pull Saw This is my first pull saw purchase but not my last. the Irwin pull saw performs really well, easy to operate and very clean cuts on hard and soft wood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pull Saws All my hand saws are pull saws have never look back after buying this one about 8 or 9 years back, cutting on the pull stroke gives a better straighter cut. Just ordering another

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed Since buying I've been using it more and more and thinking about buying the small version as well. Just cuts so well and is light and so easy to use. Its very sharp though so treat it with respect or you will regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Saw Have used pullsaws for years now and wouldn't change back. Cuts are superb and can follow lines exactly even if work is only held by hand in awkward situations. Fine finish on cut means that no extra work is needed, saving time. On rip cuts with changing grain or knots, a simple flip round to the reverse blade gets you through anything without the fuss of changing tools. Fits in a small tool kit when taken apart. Just like any other tool, protect the teeth from knocks in your kit and from stray nails/screws in the workpiece and it will stay sharp and last a decent time giving good value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More capable than it looks Great saw. Flexible for flush trimming yet cuts fast, clean and true when used for normal cuts. Handle and blade separate making it easy to carry in a toolbox. The pulling action is very easy when you do not have the luxury of working on a bench. The only down side is the double edge blade, where the coarse toothed edge is an incongruity, and always has the potential for mishaps. Of all my tools, this is the one that has nicked me the most.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saw of Damocles As a woodturner, I regularly have to finish off by turning to a small spigot and saw off my work. I usually use expensive Japanese saws but was very impressed with this saw getting close to the work without scratching and so sharp, it only took 2 pulls to go through1/4 " spigot. (Too early to give an accurate reliability rating.)
