Irwin Pull Saw 14Tpi 12" (305mm) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wickedly fast saw The 12" option which I bought has a much better loop handle (not shown) which makes it easier to use. The removable blade means it can be stored separately in the toolbox, protecting both itself and other tools, and taking up less space. It goes everywhere with me, I can't believe how fast they cut... suddenly standard push saws are virtually obsolete!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this saw I stopped using push saws when I came across the pull saw for the first time this is my fourth pull saw (my second Irwin saw) Must confess all the saws have worked exceedingly well until I hit a concealed screw or nail. the last Irwin saw lasted for 3 years before I tried to cut a nail. Would be nice if you could purchase replacement blades like the tajima saws. If you have never used a pull saw before - try it you might be pleasantly surprised at how well they work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great saw This is my second Irwin pull saw. Built a wooden dinghy with the first, and various woodwork as well. Still sharp and accurate until I attempted to saw through a hidden nail!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good pull saw I have a number of Japanese saws but these all cost considerably more than this saw. So far it's very comfortable to handle and has a good weight to the blade. The blade is very sharp and leaves a really nice cut. It appears the blade is replaceable so this may be a saw with some longevity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Promising I bought this, my first Japanese style pull-stroke saw, on a click and collect impulse, attracted by the good price. After a few trial cuts I am impressed, but aware it will take a while to get used to. That said, it holds the promise of quick, thin and accurate cuts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pull Saw - First time user Heard these were the bees knees so I thought I would try one. Twice the price of a similar panel saw. First thoughts are that it cuts well, no chance of bending the saw like a conventional panel saw so that's good. I think it will take a bit of getting used to, but not bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great saw Splendid bit of kit at a good price. I was able to cut an expensive worktop cleanly enough to stick the end laminate on without further work by clamping battens on both sides as a guide. I've had several of these saws before, and hope that they will remain available. (Was not in the current catalogue, but was stocked in local branch.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great saw A nice pull saw with a comfortable grip that helps you to get really accurate cuts. The blade feels very secure but detaches at the push of a button if you need to change it. The blade is incredibly sharp, so keep your fingers well clear and use a piece of wood to line up the blade for the first cut.
