JG Speedfit 15PTSVP Service Valve 15mm x ½ "" is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1912.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leak free so far, looks great. I used this to plumb in a toilet. Very easy to install and was watertight first time. I had to take it off afterwards and reinstalled without a problem. Easy to shut and reopen. Looks good too. Gave 3 stars for reliability as only time will tell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Design fault! Have you wondered why a screwdriver slips off the valve head? It is because it is designed to be operated with a coin, so that in an emergency you do not need special tools. For the record, once the item is a few years old and furred up, one penny, five penny and twenty pence pieces fit the slot, but do not have sufficient purchase, a tenpenny piece, has the puchase but is not a happy fit into the slot. Perhaps the dollar and euro have better purchasing power. Ho Ho! Perhaps Screwfix could organise a competition to suggest what kind of emergencies this valve might be used for?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality fitting Looks to be full bore. Used for local isolation on kickspace heater installation. Screwdriver slot is also threaded so I guess you could fit the handles that come with washing machine valves, if required.
