Manrose 1361 Remote Bathroom Fan Humidity Control with Timer is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works brilliantly This is a very cool product if you want to use an inline fan because the wall mounted ones are ugly. I use mine with the best Vent-Axia inline fan I could find for my bathroom. The humidistat turns the fan on and off automatically beautifully. We test installed it to find the best position, which ended up being just outside the shower no-go area. I don't use the timer function on the humidistat, instead using the timer function in the inline fan. This meant that we could install a 'smell removal' override switch by the door which simply triggers the fan which then runs on timer. Highly recommend this product, also the support from Manrose - very responsive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working perfectly for 2 years I installed one of these in my bathroom over 2 years ago because I couldn't trust my wife to switch on the extractor fan every time she used the shower. Also, lots of humidity builds up when the bath is used or hot taps in the sink are steaming away and we did have a mould problem. It takes a bit of trial and error adjustment on the settings to get the desired humidity response but I set it to burst into life about 5 seconds after the hot shower is switched on and I keep the timing at the minimum - about 30 seconds I think. Expensive but very good. Ideal if you are a landlord and your tenants don't open a window or switch the extractor fan off because they don't want it on at night when they switch the bathroom light on - or they simply don't care about steaming the house up and damaging it - this way they have no choice and the fan doesn't wake people up ant night - unless they have a shower!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Humidity Control This humidistat will contantly cycle your fan 30 seconds on / 10 seconds off for as long as the ambient humidity remains above your setpoint. Below the setpoint the fan will remain off as expected. If your switched line circuit is energised, then the fan behaves as expected. This is either a flawed design, or I have a faulty product.
