Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good Easier/smoother to use than previous brands I`ve used.Needed to repair lining panels and grate section of Rayburn.Applied easily and finished job looks ok and is holding up to initial burning as expected. Would recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did the job This was very stiff which made it difficult to apply, but once in place it did the job. Was not sure if it first should have been worked or diluted to soften it. Clarification on the packaging would have been helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Notch Fire Cement Hint: Although not mentioned on the packaging it is best to mix a small amount in a separate container by adding water until it's the consistency of toothpaste. Then use a small brush to dab or spread the fire cement onto the individual parts of the broken fire brick or any gaps that need filling. Leave for 24 hours to dry properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job! Easy to use, top inch in pot had hardened so probably been around a while but what was underneath was fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value Good value and easy to use. The only thing I found is that it needs a good amount of time to dry (like maybe a few days) before you apply high heat. Otherwise it shrinks slightly and can crack/crumble. Worked great sealing some gaps around the fireplace but had mixed results on repairing firebricks. Seems to work well for a few weeks but hen becomes brittle and cracks.
