P C Cox Sealant & Adhesive Dispensing Gun is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Powerflow gun Great for medium to high viscosity tubes. I recently purchased a tube of glazing "putty" and tried to dispense it using my standard Cox Easy flow gun. I had to use both hands to pull the trigger and even then it came out really slowly. This is a Cox Powerflow gun, the thrust ratio is 18:1 (3.5 kN). By comparison, the standard Easy Flow is .1.2 kN The Cox Ultraflow is 4.5kN. (not mentioned in the description) you can select auto cut off or allow the product to flow in between trigger pulls. The latter is useful when using really thick products, you don't need to stop the gun moving whilst in between trigger pulls. The former is useful when working with low viscosity products such as silicone. That said, I haven't tried it with silicone yet. The thrust ratio may well be so high that it is difficult to control the flow of thinner products. Only had it for a week but I am very happy with it thus far

Rated 4 out of 5 by from At last Got fed up with the standard guns, not enough squeeze power this one is so much more powerful with longer handles and is generally more solidly built. I'm hoping it will last longer and stop the wrist pains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I had bought one before Arthritic right hand so very poor squeeze power as I get older. Have been soldiering on with my old cheap ones long enough. Had to keep changing hands all the time to use them and consequently forever getting broken beads. Treated myself to this. Stoneage to space age in one easy leap. Thickness of product no problem. now running long uninterupted proffessional beads. makes amateur but keen diy'er like me lay down work that is well above my paygrade. I concour with what the previous reviewers have said.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best gun of all This replaces my last Cox gun that I've used constantly week in week out for at least the last ten years without a single bit of trouble. They don't bend or dribble no matter how thick and cold the mastic is. Without a doubt they are the best guns I've used. I've still got my original one but just fancied getting a new one. Everyone who borrows it on a job site say how much better they are to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the extra money This is one of the best purchases I've made. After using a sealant gun for a while my hand starts to hurt and sometimes end up squeezing too hard and rushing just to get to the end of a bead. This gun is so easy to squeeze, no effort required at all. Feels great quality. I will never use a cheap gun again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Quality Gun After buying & using many of the cheaper 'standard' sealant guns, finally decided that it was better to buy a quality tool and this certainly fits the bill. Great advice from the Screwfix guys on which version I needed. Did the job really well and could tell immediately that this was a better made tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good gun if pricey Looks nothing fancy in the picture. In the hand is solid and we'll made. First job was outdoor grab adhesive just above freezing temperatures. Easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for! Having struggled with cheap sealant guns and having a lot of sealing to do it was time to invest in the right tools for the job. If you think you saving money buying a cheap gun you're fooling yourself, the amount of sealant I have wasted using cheap guns would have paid for this many times over. The difference in feel and precision is light and day.
