Chrome Radiator Compression Valve Tail 15mm 2 Pack is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from chrome rad tail WOW used these to take up the gap between metric imperial radiators. So easy to use worked a treat no leaks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value & performance These are great looking, functional and terrific value. The rubber "o-ring" seals perfectly on the radiator. Much more reliable than a male thread and PTFE tape. The telescopic tube seals perfectly as well. Suspect that the design uses the internal pressure in the system to create a seal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clever little thing I am glad I found out about these items. We had to replace a number of radiators recently. These saved a huge amount of time and effort. Well worth trying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used several of these Used several of these when replacing imperial rads, worked excellently every time. These will make up about 100mm space max between the end pipes. You can get some longer ones that work just as well for 140mm max space. Uses compression joints...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent; easy to fit This is the third radiator extension tail that I've bought and the first to work! It's easy to fit and has adjustable length to make the perfect fit. Also has a little lateral movement in case there's not perfect alignment, there's a seal to ensure this doesn't cause a leak. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are great! Changed from old style rad to new style and the new was a fraction shorter in the width. These did the job perfectly, I had one that sheered off at the thread, but it was easy to remove and was quickly replaced by Screwfix. Would definitely recommend these

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clever idea and well made I fitted a small panel rad between the legs of a chrome towel rail. These sliding fit tails made the job a lot easier and, so far, no leaks. Very impressed! Bought after reading all the other positive reviews. Hard to say if they will be reliable as only fitted a couple of weeks ago, so 4 stars just in case........

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional radiator tails Why aren't all rad tails like this? Superb! I bought these as they are longer than average meaning I could bridge a gap from changing a english sized rad for a metric one. I also knew they had 'O' ring seals so no need for PTFE tape around the threads. What I didn't know is that they also have 'O' rings seals around the pipes meaning that they can just be slid in or out to accommodate slight differences in length. Easiest fit ever!
