Rated 2 out of 5 by from Batt Charger RCB206 I've had this charger a few months now and I find when charging a car battery it goes to green as fully charged but the battery is still not charged to full capacity.Could someone explain?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ring RCB206 Seems to be a very good battery charger. Not going to rate for reliability yet, it arrived yesterday and has been used once. Ask me again in two years time for a more worthwhile assessment. Worked as it should, nice design. I would have thought any 12 volt charger would charge any size 12 v. battery eventually, this one is rated as too small for my 2l. car. But it worked. I prefer the LED's as this model has, to dials. Fancy they may be more robust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very robust Very practical design as the leads stow neatly in the pockets at either end. Nice and slim so easy to find a space under bonnet to sit it so the bonnet can be closed whilst charging (possibly not on some smaller cars). Handy 6V/12V voltage switch so it can be used on scooters/motorbikes too. There is a polarity check LED too so you know you have connected it correctly to the battery before turning mains on. Also very strong build as mine fell off the garage shelf onto a concrete floor and apart from a few minor scuffs still works perfectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good car battery charger Wanted an emergency battery charger for my wife's 1.25 engine car but went for the higher capacity model so it will also do for my car battery if ever needed - 1.6 engine. It worked perfectly - re-charged a completely flat battery in about 5 hours. The only minor quibble I have is that a 'charging status' dial would convert my rating to 5* but I suppose that would push the cost up.
