Robus LED Cabinet Striplight White is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Modernising the lighting After much head scratching and worrying about watts, lumens, colour temperatures, etc I decided to replace our old under-cabinet kitchen strip lights with these LED units. The old tungsten 60W bulbs were hopeless, giving out less and less light with age and failing more quickly than ordinary bulbs. Research on the Net to find the equivalent LED light output yielded variable results; it appeared that the replacements would actually give slightly less light (lumens) per unit length of fitting, suggesting I might have to double up by having two units side by side. So I bought one to try and was amazed by the amount of light given out. Much brighter and less yellow than the old ones. Very little heat and negligible power consumption. The old bulbs were marked as 60W, 380 lumens and 284mm length. So a pair of these should give out 760lm. I replaced the pair with one Robos 8W, 520mm unit offering only 640lm expecting it to be quite dim. Result? About 50% MORE light, whiter and brighter but still warm. So either "lumens" mean very little in practice or some manufacturers mark them optimistically, or tungsten strip bulbs just darken in a few weeks. Job now finished. The units are easy to fit and appear well designed. Long term reliability is unknown but this is probably the way to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product Easy to fit and runs very cool. Can't speak about reliability yet, but as an LED, it should be good. It came with leads and fixings, but as it was replacing an existing unit that had failed, I was pleased to find it fitted into the old units clips, I had to use the new lead as the plug design was slightly different, but the previous unit was probably 6-7 years old. Light output is good and not too harsh. Overall, very pleased and would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Kitchen unit light We have had strip lights under our kitchen units for some years and have ended up replacing tubes with different degrees of success. This time I decided we would go LED and purchased the Robus. It is excellent. Well made with all the fittings provided and the wiring to join multiple units together. The light output matches what we had before with a reduced input. Easy to fit - I have two more strip lights & they will be replaced with these in due course.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from cheap and practical This is the cheapest and easiest installed light I could find. For the purpose of lighting in a cupboard it was simplest, and so easy to fit a complete novice could do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good light Good light given out and very easy to fit. Just feel it is a bit pricey but if it lasts a long time and reduces running costs, then it may be a value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brighter than you might expect If you're looking at this and trying to choose between it and a higher brightness (lumens) then be assured that this is pretty bright! If you're looking for "mood" lighting for your kitchen; bright enough to see where you're going, but not necessarily for full on cooking, you might want to go for the lower brightness alternative. They're very compact, quick to start up and shine, and use low power. I can't comment on the longevity as I've not had them long enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great t4 alternative Great replacement for t4/5 fittings to led as they look very similar but led instead of tubes, Would be nice to have a choice of cool white though
