Sash Clamp 36" is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Truly Awful. When pressure is applied the bar bends, the handles fall of and the thread jams, the lock holding the sliding clamp slips of sometimes. RUBBISH.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Exceptionally poor Having purchased 4 of these clamps to clamp the larger pieces, I was thoroughly disappointed with their performance. Upon tensioning the clamps to hold two pieces of marble together, they bent, creating an uneven joint, and the tail stock on two of the clamps would not remain in the locked position resulting in uneven pressure. Avoid like the plague if you need a professional job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound sash clamps Have used sash clamps for years as cdt teacher. These clamps are so user friendly. No fall out pins. Nice and light. Great price, as cheap as anything I could find online. Happy clamping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price Good value for having extra clamps in the workshops. Small amount of fine tuning, ie filing some of paint off threads to help run much more smoothly. Bars seem pretty strong and rigid. All in all, better than i expected them to be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inferior Quality Bought three of these at the same time. They are well packed. The product is overpriced given the quality and quality control on the finished product. Sharp unprotected clamp end. One of the jaws is difficult to turn because of the powder coating. One of the screw clamps came apart (pulled out of it's screw retainer) when I undid the clamp. ALL of the rubberised bar ends fell off as soon as I started using them because the rubberised ends are too big and the turning bars have residue on them making them slippy. I had to glue the ends on. Too expensive for what you get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, when adapted These clamps are cheap. And when you get them out the box, they look and feel so. But with some refinement and adjustment, they're great. Have a look at Paul Seller's youtube clip on improving them. Follow these instructions and you'll end up with a clamp that works as well as a much, much more expensive one. These tips really work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyKiGmRq3wY&list=PLqyeNiM0BJuU1LzLKKuyYes-edu2FG6hT

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ex engineer I bought two of these to complete a workbench. Doing a good job, also being aluminum these are a lot lighter than my steel ones. The ends will fall off of the tommy bars but a little glue will fix it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so good Bought 2, both of them the black plastic holding on the metal rod, to tighten/adjust the clamp fell off, lost one black cap so now the rod just keeps slipping out. one is binding on the adjuster with the first use cant say that's going to last long. did get the job done in the end.
