Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gloves - but yellow hands These are good quality and comfortable gloves, but they have dyed my hands yellow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from work gloves Have bought two pairs of these gloves. Well worth the money. Have used one pair very reliable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stanley cow hide driver gloves A bit tight on first wear, but they soon loosened off in use. Quality cow hide that is soft and supple, however in only two days DIY level use using tree loppers I noticed that the stitching on both middle fingers is broken and the holes this leaves are getting bigger. Very poor for the price. I will not buy anymore of these as I have had pound shop gardening gloves last longer with heavier use! If you depend on decent gloves for your trade then look at others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gloves I'm clearing a plot of land covered in brambles, so I bought the gloves to protect my hands from the bramble spikes. Happy to say that they worked perfectly and no spikes managed to penetrate the leather. I highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent work gloves These gloves look like they are very expensive, they are well made, nice stitching, they have an elastic cuff which reduces slip from the hands, they slide on nicely and are not over tight like some gloves,I have only had them a couple of days so I don't know how they will stand up to heavy work but I think they'll be ok, for a glove of this type they are excellent value for money and look and feel like the more expensive one's.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from HGV Driver If your a HGV driver and your looking for a pair of good quality leather gloves for work, these aren't them. On first impression, they seem sturdy and well made. But as the old adage goes, you can't always rely on first impressions. In the past six months I've had four pairs. Every pair has turned my hands yellow. Holes have appeared in the leather. These holes haven't been caused by wear or damage. The leather seems to just perish. Even though the seams are double stitched, they fail. If your a professional driver and your looking for a pair of hard wearing gloves you can wear every day, theses aren't them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all round glove Yes the dye comes out when new, but a cheap inner glove takes care of that. Can't believe someone has worn these out on the thumb. After trying many a glove for rough garden/building work handling the chainsaw (no not as safety gloves), bricks , rubble , oak and beech split logs, these have not shown any sign of wear after a years use.
