Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money. What a waste of money this was, I'll be returning it in the morning. No power, fires multiple staples and you have to press it so quickly otherwise it doesn't fire. Poor product, usually very good at Screwfix but this product really isn't up to their usual standard of product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor with long staples Although it may take long staples it does not have the power to push them in. 14mm staples into chipboard through hardboard went barely halfway in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trade Rated Stapler Bought one and found it wouldn't fire, so returned it to shop where they demonstated that need a fast squeeze action, so decided to try it. After 1 length of staples it stopped firing all together, just as was starting the job I bought it for, very frustrating. Totally hopeless and can't believe people make or sell items like this that simply don't work - do not buy

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Basic quality I've had this stapler a couple of years and it has seen occasional use. Certainly less than 10,000 staples. This model has never been a great tool. The power adjuster is an irrelevance, doing nothing. The maximum size staple is 10mm, other sizes work, but the larger they are the less likely they are to go fully home. I have to follow round with a hammer to tap them flush. Anything harder than fir is an effort for it. It sometimes jams, fires more than one staple or spreads the staple in a crumpled heap. As mentioned by others, nails are left needing a tap to set them and I quickly realised it wasn't up to this task Yesterday the spring collapsed rendering it useless. I was surprised to see it still in stock. I need to buy a new gun to complete my job, I won't be buying another of these. My cable tacker is Rapid and has seen almost 20 yrs of trade and domestic use. I think I will spend the extra and buy a reliable make. This one may suit a basic diyer ('entry level' in sales jargon) but as a trade or serious tool it lacks the quality expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Stapler Very good quality. A bit heavy, but that is because it is very sturdy. A bit stiff to use at first but it soon eases up with use. Would recommend. Pick up in store was very quick.
