Rated 1 out of 5 by from SwannOne Do Not Buy This!!! I have struggled with this equipment for months and am now finally giving up. It is so bad it can barely be described. The app that it used to arm and disarm the system is very slow at the best of times, but in recent weeks it is frequently impossible to either arm the system or (worse) to disarm it. We'll wake up in the morning, try and disarm the alarm and it just wont respond so we come downstairs with sirens wailing and have to insert paperclips into the reset hole and open up the siren to turn it off physically.....at 6:30am. I agree with the other reviews that the wif range is negligible. The hub has to practically sit on top of your router if it is to stay connected. False alarms...plenty..even a change in lighting can trigger the sensors. Junk, junk, junk. Like other reviewers I have spent hours on useless support calls and have got nowhere. This system is the definition of rubbish - even if they start giving them away you need to avoid it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from RUBBISH!!! Spent loads on Swannone, waste of money!! Cameras lose connection at least once a day, so have to reboot router. App is buggy at best, it can't even show alerts and notifications in order! Most of the time we can't even arm/disarm the system using the app. You have to pay per month for cloud storage, and that's PER CAMERA!! So after paying for the hardware and then doing a self install, 3 cams is still costing a lot of money per month! Cameras don't record motion detection and video feed constantly drops out! Constant false detections. Terrible video lag of 4-5 mins (not wifi issue as have 100mb optic fibre). Sometimes can't even log in or connect to hub, I have been advised that the Swann servers are in Australia hence the connection issues. Very very poor customer service, long wait times on hold, call backs taking 4 days!! Not a happy chap!! I have given them one more chance to sort out server issues before I return it all to store!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product and service. Great idea. Terrible product and service. In my opinion this product is technically floored and even if it did function as designed the way it works has some major floors. The helpline is advertised as 24/7 but the best I got was a call back 24 hours later. I contacted the help line ten times via email and phone and managed to get just one email reply and one scheduled telephone conversation. The technical issues with the product are as follows 1) the outdoor siren keeps going off in short bursts despite no alarm or even in home mode, 2) the sensors and hub drop off the wifi network a lot, 3) the indoor camera triggers motion alerts despite there being no motion. The design floors are as follows, 1) the range of the hub to the sensors is so short it is only suitable for a small flat... think 10m, 2) the key fobs cannot be used as key fobs as the buttons are easily pressed when in a bag or pocket, 3) there is no alert to warn you the alarm has been triggered so the first thing you get is the siren going off full blast, 4) the app is very slow to respond. I don't normally write reviews online but I was so angry with this product being sold and the poor service I wanted to warn potential buyers as there are no reviews online. The one time I did speak with a swannone expert he admitted that other people are having similar issues and yet he could provide no solution. ... and the product is still being sold.
