Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Good except for the mount Excellent piece of kit very pleased with it except for the mounting which may be to do with the fact that it is on a drywall. The riser is one piece which means you have to fit the brackets not tight as you have to rotate to feed the tube through and straighten afterwards and the screw is no longer accessible at this point

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design Overall very bad design for the bracket system. useless unless you have very high (2 meters +) ceilings. Product should be withdrawn for a much better design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from impossible to install Unless your bathroom ceiling is 12' high, you will never fit this unit...!! I know this is seriously cheap kit (disposable ?) but it should still be usable. Brackets would not fit over main pipe but top issue is....once you've fitted top most mounting bracket, you're suppose to slide pipe in from top. hence the 12' high head room required...!! Although I never got to operate the kit, the flexi pipes have the smallest imaginable plastic seals, consequently I hate to think what water pressure would be like... None...!! Screwfix...Please, don't discount this product, just remove it from sale. On the up side, Screwfix were brilliant at the returns procedure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Highly recommended I bought this shower set with a new set of mixer taps (25843) and I have to say they went together perfectly. The whole setup looks a lot more expensive than it actually was. It's very solid and I would imagine it will last for some years. The only down side is the 50cm hose that is supplied to connect from the mixer taps to the shower tube. In my opinion it is much to short unless your a hobbit. I deliberately set my shower unit 750mm between top of mixer tap and bottom of shower tube, this means I wouldn't bang my head on the shower head and I'm only 5'8". I then purchased a 0.8m (800mm or 80cm) shower hose to resolve this. I'm now very happy with the setup. Overall it took an hour including changing the mixer taps, this could of been done quicker but I was in no rush. Highly recommended piece of kit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible to fit ! This shower is impossible to fit unless the ceiling is about 2 metres above the shower head final position. The fixings are all plastic - very weak. I would give it zero stars if I could. Screwfix should remove it from stock.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap in so many ways First of all, to clarify a point, some other reviews have suggested that this was easy to fit, the version of this that I was supplied with could never be considered easy, therefore I can only assume that there are 2 versions of the fittings available and it's luck as to which you get. There were 2 issues with this system and I've also stated below how I resolved the problem in my case. 1. The riser pole is in 1 piece and that piece is approx. 950mm in length, now unless you are planning to fit the upper fixing 1 metre away from your ceiling then you're not going to be able to put it in the top. Solution: You need to put the pole into the bottom of the top fixing and rotate the pole (and fixing) 180 degrees. Assuming you are fixing this from left to right into the middle of your shower you will need to ensure your shower is about 1 metre wide, or this will not work. If that's not the case then don't bother purchasing this system. 2. The fixings are in 2 pieces, you'll see this on the instructions, the inner piece fits to the wall and the outer piece is for decoration. The problem with this is that the 2 do not clip together and the hole in the inner piece is not snug to the riser pole like the outer piece. This means that the pole will rattle in the fixing and the outer fixing is not flush to the wall. This is my point about this not being easy, in the version I got this is a design flaw which is only easy if you don't care. Solution: You'll need to 'pack' the inner piece so that the pole will not move when inserted. Pack this in the hole that the pole goes in, closest to you, so that the pole will be closest to the wall to ensure that decorative cover is also closest to the wall and therefore that there is no gap when fully fitted. I used self-adhesive foam pads, about 4mm deep. I hope this is helpful.
