Titan TTB336TCB 500W Tile Cutter 230V is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 245.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK for smaller tiles With the current trend for larger tiles, this machine just isn't big enough, although it cuts well enough on smaller tiles. Save your yourself some hassle and go for Titan's slightly bigger saw with an extending table (TITAN TTB597TCB 650W TILE CUTTER 240V) - http://www.screwfix.com/p/titan-ttb597tcb-650w-tile-cutter-240v/14609

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some poor features I chose this as it had a powerful motor for the price. But the rest of it is poorly made, very plastic. The cutting guide is total rubbish, almost unusable. No good for larger tiles. the assembly manual is about the worst I've ever seen. wouldn't buy this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent....But Excellent piece of kit. Cut about 100 tiles with it yesterday and it's like a hot knife through butter. Marked down because of the parallel fence(guide). It really let's the rest of the kit down as it's a pain to use. Wouldn't stop me recommending as I guess most of the cheaper cutters offer a similar system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes the job easier Can't fault this tile cutter. Did everything I asked of it for large bathroom job. Very noisy but at this price not a problem. If you've never used one before try this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Great value for money. Cuts extremely well. I've used more expensive cutters in the past and this one keeps up with the best of them, quieter too! You get a small amount of water spray, but this can be limited depending on the position of the blade guard. I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My little helper Needed a power tile cutter as I'm not the strongest. I found it cuts well but the fence is a pain to set as has been mentioned, also a ruler on both sides would help. One tip is to make sure you get the cutter level as this avoids the blade having any pressure on it so the cuts remain straight ! For the price it's made tiling the kitchen much easier.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Adequate, nothing more. Surprised that this item is trade rated. Although very easy to set up the instructions are poor especially for someone not technically minded. I have no previous experience of tile cutters so can't compare but going by some reviews this cutter is inferior. I found the best way to fit the parallel guide was to fit to the side closest to me and holding this side push forward minimizing sideways movement while latching the teeth on the far side. If the guide is not fitted parallel then the tile will push against the cutting wheel overloading and possibly burning out the motor. If unable to master this then a square would be useful. As per other reviewers comments a measure on both sides would solve any issues. Overall using the right technique I was able to cut tiles accurately and quickly so a reasonable product at a reasonable price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap saw for DIYers Large area for large tiles but lacks power. Takes ages to cut a tile. Good value if you need it for a quick DIY job but not good for constant use, buy a more professional saw in that case.
