Ultra Screw Woodscrews Double Countersunk 5 x 100mm 100 Pack is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from All screwed up? It's a stainless screw but a bit lightweight. In harder timber - for example when there are knots in softwood, you need to drill a pilot hole as the shank will twist and break. In hardwood you certainly need to drill pilot holes. Be careful therefore to use the appropriate screwdriver torque setting on your drill driver.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality screw These are a well made screw and are essential when dealing with green oak, lime or wet environment constructions as they won't rust. They need a pilot hole in hardwood and careful tightening as they are not as strong as modern steel screws.
