Vent-Axia ACM100T In-Line Bathroom Extractor Fan is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed Just fitted vent axis acm100t extractor in my relatively small bathroom ,total volume only 10.07 cubic mtrs . The fan is fitted in the roof space with a ducting run of 1.5 metres to the outside vent with a internal grill in the bathroom ceiling. The shower is located over a corner bath. Having trailed this unit 4 times since installation I am dissapointed with the result. The mirror and the wall tiles steam up whilst having a shower, this is with the bathroom window shut. I selected the vent axia acm100t after reading the product reviews which would suggest it to be the best on the market ( and most expensive) Even after a 10 minute overrun the extractor does not remove all the condensation in the bathroom. Am I expecting too much from this extractor? If this is supposedly the best on the market I hate to think how the cheaper extractors perform. That said the service from screwfix was brilliant

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but first one did break Very high performance and good quality and clear the steam from my on-suite without us having to open a window which is great. BUT the first one's timer did break. we bought another one of these for our bathroom, and I did this because of the performance of the product and hoping the reliability was a one off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extractor fan that delivers! My previous experience with cheaper bathroom extractor fans that the original builder installed was not good and after repeated failures replacing with like for like, I finally decided to spend the extra money and buy a real extractor! Although not cheap, this extractor is brilliant. It is easy to install and it really does stop our bathroom from steaming up. It is also much quieter that the previous ones even on high speed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extractor ? The product is appsolutly fine!! If fitted properly!! My first one, fitted by supposed qualified electrictian, drowned! As it was positioned lower than the outlet, and intake! Thus accumulating condensation in the tubing, and after 12 months Drowned! Note to all, :- if fitted by others! Check ! I couldn't get into the loft area to do so ( old age) but will do so in future !!!!!!!!! Sorry for my "Rant" Grandad979

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fan Tried lots of the cheaper fans - most are unreliable and don't have the extraction power required to keep small bathrooms steam free. This fan is expensive, but worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dry Bathroom A well built large fan that needs screwing down, mine is on 19mm plywood firmly fixed to the rafters in the loft. It does not seem any noisier than the cheap small one it replaced. The bathroom used to get a lot of condensation before installing this fan and now it is just dry. The only real comment is that it does shift a lot of air which means that there does have to be somewhere for air to come in. My recommendation is to have a bit of a gap under the bathroom door so it is drawing warm air from the house. If you open a window you will draw in cold air which cools the walls and tiles so the condensation gets worse.
