Wooster Sherlock Paint Roller Frame 9" is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best roller frame on the marke In my opinion, this one of the best roller frames on the market. I've been using these for over 3 years and they perform time after time. I've never had a sleeve slip or have than annoying feeling like you're rolling a 50p piece that you get with cheap frames. The ONLY downside is the annoying squeak that you sometimes get. To remedy this if yours starts to squeak, simply run the frame (where arm meets roller) under a tap for a second or two before you start using it. Don't use WD40 as any residue left behind will spin out and spoil your finish. I REALLY WISH SCREWFIX WOULD STOCK THE MATCHING WOOSTER PRO-DOOZ SLEEVES AS THEY REALLY GIVE AN EXCEPTIONAL FINISH ! (P.s - I am not a wooster sales rep, just an experienced user who wants to share the benefit of the product)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exelent product This is a good roller if not the best but I haven't used enough to know for sure. It is very smooth in use and doesn't have the faults that annoy you when using cheap rollers, the sleeves stay on and come off fairly easily to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best roller Best roller frame on the market - do yourself a favour and get one - do not try to save a couple of pounds with a cheaper one - amdbuy yourself a Wooster extension pole though if you want a long pole you will need to go to another supplier - easily found on the internet. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wooster Sherlock Simply the best roller frame I've used. The roller sleeve doesn't come off cage. Light, strong, hardwearing and most of all reliable. I've used Wooster Sherlock on all interior and exterior jobs and is my go to roller cage everytime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No. 1 Roller This is by far the best roller frame i have ever used. From scuttle to wall the roller feels like its just gliding accross the surface. I bought 3 of these moving away from purdy and i have never looked back. The only negative comment i have is that after a little use these bad boys squeek a little and it can start to drive you insane, ear defenders or WD40 should be given free with this product. Overall 10/10 from me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and bad.... I like the fact it seems well built and solid and will probably last for years, the sleeves don't slide along or off in use and It works great with the quick release pole and other brand screw on poles. As mentioned on other reviews it is a bit prone to sqeaking however my real problem with it is I find the handle uncomfortable to hold when using without a pole, I find it very hard and sharp which is a shame, If it wasn't for this I'd rate it 5 stars. Bit unsure really as very impressed with Wooster range in general but don't like holding this in my hand! still gets used a lot mind as is my first choice on the poles
