Repair Fitting 15 x 100mm is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent idea I recently installed a new radiator and piping and had no play in one of the pipes. I bought this fitting and I was able to just slide it in place, line up the pipes, slide it over the join and tighten up the nuts. Excellent product. I keep a spare in my toolbox now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful item to have around Far more than just a repair item. A very versatile compression joint, fits into the more difficult situations. Main body of this joint moves along one of the pipes to allow easy fitment. Main secxtion has good spanner flats. Once trightened with the olives the joint becames firm and no longer moveable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Bought this to repair a very small leak in a cold water pipe under the landing floor. Initially tried to repair the leak with a solder-on pipe repair patch. This would have been OK but I didn't realise until after I had cut the pipe to fit this that there was still water in the pipe, therefore the solder wouldn't take. After cutting the length of pipe out including the part-soldered repair patch, it was a very simple matter to fit this item and I wished I had used it in the first place. The fact that it basically has an adjustable length by inserting one pipe inside as far as required makes this a very versatile piece of kit. Fitting instructions are included. The only issue I had was that I was unable to tighten up the nuts the one and a quarter turns recommended. Nevertheless, the seal proved leak-proof. I wonder if anyone else had this problem?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed! After removing redundant/faulty pressure regulator, this device bridged the gap in the pipework. Neat and simple to fit. Please be aware that the complete unit is 100mm long, as described, which includes the end nuts. The maximum gap in pipework which it will repair is about 62mm. Useful where it is not sensible to solder and neater than the alternative of two compression couplings and a piece of pipe. Five stars given for reliability as it seems to be just a simple, good quality compression fitting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone should keep one handy You never know when a pipe my burst in the cold and that is inconvenient. This little gizmo slips onto the pipe after you have cut the broken part out. No need to undo other joints or unsolder pipes. Once slid into position and you can slide 70 mm into one end and easily slide on the other end. tighten up and everything is done and you save £60 by not having a plumber call. Instructions included on the packet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burst water pipe go to screwfi A very economical way to permanently repair a burst water pipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the job. Great for when you need to cut out (rather than slide off) a compression fitting (valve or whatever) to replace it because the fitting is between fixed pipes. Use the repair fitting next to the new fitting and the copper tube slides inside the repair fitting giving sufficient manoeuvrability to reconnect.
