Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality Bought similar boxes from a local well known builders merchant and every one of them broke whilst tightening. No such problem with these from Screwfix, excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beware Plaster & Lath Walls This is a great product for the price however those considering using this for older Plaster and Lath walls be aware .. you can use this but its no walk in the park once you've cit your hole you may find the plaster is to thick to "lock off" the plastic tabs that hold it in place as a work around i had to recess the box into the plaster (with careful Stanley cutting) once the tabs were locked off that was half the battle done ! be aware though by doing this your increasing the surface depth your gang socket screws will need to be long enough to meet the new deeper holes this wont be a problem for a standard gang socket with longer screws but fancier face plates (at least the pack i got) all seem to have slightly shorter screws, in my case i had to push the box forwards from behind (with a bit of wood up the wall under the floor board once the screws began to mesh it wass all plain sailing it was worth it it looks great now haha !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from satisfactory This drylining box works just fine. Nothing spectacular, but it does what it's supposed to and fixes to dry lined plasterboard pretty well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Appleby lining box - perfect Have used as good many of these around the house - singles for adding FCUs, light switches and shower switch, and doubles for extra sockets. Simple and easy to use, and I find them remarkably sturdy. With the front switch/socket attached, you get a good secure fit to the wall.
