Rated 5 out of 5 by from extension rods I can only compare to a couple of supports I borrowed a while ago from lidl, these are definitely more heavy duty not started next project yet but can say these are well up to it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from extension support rod Poorly made, flimsy, poor adjustment, no swivel to head just fixed and so almost useless on angled work, yes it does a job and if it were £10.00 cheaper I'd say fine disposable, when it breaks it breaks, the stoppers for the floor end are all loose the plastic handles break easily, mine fell to the floor and snapped. they are not true telescopic having spring stops at certain sections. Reduce the price, understand its inferior and will break very quickly then its just about acceptable, but its being passed off as a tool with a price that suggests it is far more superior in quality than it actually is

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Massive help allaround I refurbished my whole house by myself, and there has been so many jobs where I couldn't be without these helpers...drylining, electricals, plumbing, ceilings...Would recommend to everyone if doing alot on your own...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from sliding pole! I have 2 others purchased from a shop in France that were lower in price, better quality and had more stable pads at both ends that did not slip. This pole has only one pad and you cannot use it for a variety of jobs eg. supporting coving as it slips, supporting large plaster boards at one end as again they would slip. so I will be returning mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of The Props! These are such a handy tool. I have fitted so many ceilings over the years with the help of a labourer holding up the boards with me however these do not moan or get arm aches! Once you get the knack of these you could put up a ceiling on you own using the smaller boards. I still recommend a two man team for the full size boards but these make the job much quicker and easier. They are well made and good for the job.
