Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth Operator I've used cheap clamps and been frustrated at how they jam when trying to tighten them, so decided to try this more expensive option. This was well worth the money. It's solid, heavy and works very smoothly. My only criticism is that the pin which holds the stationary end has no locking mechanism with the result that it often falls out when moving the clamp around.
