Labgear Metal Coax Socket Pack of 10 is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from unusable co-ax connector Sadly the smart metal coax coupler packets of 10no, contain the centre insulated spigot penetrated by manufacturing screws. The result is that insertion of the centre core of the coaxial cable is impossible to achieve, the thimble being blocked by what appears to be small screw threads. Not appropriate for the job. part no.52856

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware I've just purchased a pack of these and found that although the inner connector is a socket, the outer body is not. The outer body is the same diameter as the plugs so the plugs and sockets will not plug together. The photograph shown here is what you would expect of a socket with splits to allow a tight connection with the plug. The ones supplied to me (I checked the part number and it's 52856) do not have this split and the body is the same diameter as the plug. I'm sure Screwfix would replace them as the fault is clearly with Labgear but this was a very inconvenient discovery. These are useless. Do not buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value Handy to have around, always keep a few of these around with the plugs and some coax. Only takes a couple of minutes and you can produce an aerial lead to suit exact requirements and costs very little.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work for me These were shocking, The inner terminal shorts on the outer, All 10 in my pack were the same, very poor insulation, low quality and a waist of my time

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As expected Works as you would expect. Easy to fit good quality

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Done the job The sockets did the job and I used RG6 coax. No terminating guidance in packet though. Can be worked out by looking at piece parts and when terminated I had good TV signal quality.
