Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fiddly to install Installation of this fan is very fiddly. The terminals for the wiring are at the opposite end of the circuit board from where the wiring enters the unit. The wiring has to be fed into a channel to get to the terminals. Also, the fixing holes are very near the main body of the unit so there is not much space between the fixing holes and the ceiling cut out. The cut out needs to be pretty accurate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Manrose Fan The only fan i buy, very easly installed, only problem i have is that the last 3 units i have had has been missing 1 clip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good replacement product I purchased this product to replace an old fan in the bathroom. The instructions provided were simple. The only thing I had to do was make the exposed connection wires a little long by cutting back the outer layer of insulation. Fixed into the sealing from the bathroom, connected the wires and then back into the loft to connect the external ducting. All done in about 20 mins. The only question I have is that the presets for the timer could be a little more granular.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT GREAT I PROBABLY WON'T WIN ANY PRIZES FOR A NEGATIVE REVIEW! - BUT ... the first fan lasted 3 months and BLEW UP! Replacement just served to remind me how badly deigned the circuit board and flimsy wiring are on this unit! To wire it in, you have to remove said circuit board then replace with the fiddliest of covers (now fighting against substantial copper wiring!) TAKING GREAT CARE NOT TO FRACTURE OR DISLODGE THE 2 FLIMSY WIRES BETWEEN THE BOARD AND MOTOR! (I managed to do the latter, so had to break the whole thing back down to reconnect one of the wires!) - a 5 minute job (usually) took over an hour! Surely, a more modular approach would work better, e.g. the board plugging in to a connector as in computers and such tech. NOT HAPPY! If this one packs in, will be getting a REFUND! OK at removing steamy air when finally working!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2nd failed fan in 5 months I’ve had 2 of these fans in the past 5 months go faulty. Will not be using these again. The timer module has been the issue on both occasions. It’s a shame as they look great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value for Money Fitted this to replace one of the same model that has been running for about 8-years. The silver faceplate on the other one had gone pitted and dirty to invested in a nice white one. Noticed that as this one has the timer, the inputs are Neutral, Live and switched live. Live and neutral need to be present to allow the fan to run on for the designated period once switched off. I have a double pole switch so had to put a jumper wire between live and switched live just to power the fan normally - mine now goes off when you switch it off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job, loudly Can't complain about the price or the looks, but my gosh you know it's on, installed in 1 en suite and it's connected via the lights so when you turn the light on he fan starts running. Now if the wife leaves the door open, if your not awoken by the bright lights then the fan certainly makes sure you aren't sleeping sound like a jet engine
