Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good boxes These are good boxes to use I use these all the time because they are neat with rounded corners and slightly off white which makes them pleasing to the eye. They are also fairly strong compared to other makes which soon break. They also have good knockouts even in the corner of the boxes making them ideal butted up to fixtures with trunking taken off inline making the job very neat.A bit pricy compared to others but the don't disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good product - rubbish reviews I needed this but was slightly put off by the knocking reviews from 3 reviewers. So I got one and I've tested it Jimbo1 says he had a problem with the inset screw. Off the wall I inserted a 40mm screw and did it right up so it came out the back then took it out - no problem. Gingert says there are no knockouts - just wrong tho I agree you need to be quite skilful (!) to use them... HonestOddJob says the box is brittle - not sure what sort of drill bit was used - wood bits would jam and then rotate out with considerable force but a properly designed metal bit should be ok. I carved out the bottom knockouts with wire cutters and pliers and there was no evidence of unusual brittleness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smart smart looking as can be for a patress, over priced really because their MK but look nice with the round edge customers seem to like them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A poor product/design Well the looks are fine and in line with the rest of the MK Logic Plus Range, knockouts OK - BUT - the mounting screws cause the inset nut to strip out of the plastic housing very easily. On other boxes the screws simply pass through the recessed nut, but on this box they meet resistance, one turn further and the nut simply strips from the plastic making it impossible to drive the screw further or remove the screw as the nut has stripped and simply spins in its housing. Either this is very poor design/production quality or you have to use very short mounting screws - 15mm? - but there's nothing to say these are needed. On similar LAP boxes the screws simply pass through no problem and looking at the MK box there’s nothing to suggest the same shouldn’t happen, so sort it out MK!
