Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little bandsaw Got this titan band saw to replace my old heavy very noisy dewalt band saw, must say I'm very impressed so far, if you set it up correctly it performs fine and for the money its a bargain, can't comment on reliability at this point not had it long enough

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Price but Poor Quality This is Screwfix's own make (Titan) and I have to say its the only thing thats ever let me down about Screwfix. I'm a hobbyist and this was really to be something to help me get some neat cuts on Wine Barrel Staves. However I am just taking back my second replacement Bandsaw after the 1st and 2nd literally just fell apart. The first one seized so that I couldnt adjust the tension and on the second saw, the plastic part of the table just come away mid cut. Hobby it may be but it still has to do the job. Of course these two may have ben 'friday afternoon' models and clearly many people are very happy with their Bandsaw. Personally I am now changing to Scheppach on the advice of Customer Service who are exceptionally helpful. I'm sure that this isnt representative of Screwfix or Titan but I feel that its important to explain my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bandsaw From unboxing to actual use, this was easy and straight forward. Well worth the money, and a great device. Build wise is excellent. If you want a great starter bandsaw, pick this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from good till it was not bought this bandsaw for my wood working and I wanted to rip some timbers to size. after clamping the wobbly fence I started work it cut amazing the job was going well till the belt started to slip or so I thought. the bottom bandsaw wheel is held to a plastic wheel with 3 screws 2 of which had stripped out I put them back and it ran really tight the bearing had gone. returning for refund will never buy this brand again
